Join us on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 4TH at 10AM for our annual Pet Blessing! Cats, dogs, and any animals on a leash or in a cage are more than welcome to join as we gather outside in God’s creation to give thanks and bless our pets!
Our Pet Ministry is an important part of the life of our church. Pastor Josh often reminds us that our pets teach us how to give and receive love and that is a gift from God. Pet Blessings are held each fall in early October. We partner with First United Methodist Church and host the services in our courtyard at First. Members, neighbors and friends from the community are welcome and can bring leashed or caged Pets to participate and receive a special blessing, a certificate and a medallion, and treats for humans and pets! Photos of past or distant pets can also be brought and displayed for the service.
